Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Aktif Berbantuan Card Sort (CS) dalam Pembelajaran PAI dan Budi Pekerti di SMK Al-Falah Moga Pemalang Pada Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the Card Sort active learning model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and Character Education at SMK Al-Falah Moga during the 2024/2025 academic year. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores students’ learning experiences, classroom interactions, and teachers’ strategies in applying the Card Sort technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles & Huberman flow model—data reduction, display, and verification. The findings show that Card Sort enhances student engagement, collaboration, and conceptual understanding of Al-Kulliyatul Khamsah. Despite several obstacles such as varied reading abilities and inconsistent student focus, the model was effective in improving active participation and learning outcomes. This research provides practical insights for educators seeking to design student-centered learning experiences.
