However, other sources, including madzhab sahabi, maslahah mursalah, ijtihad, and urf (local wisdom), also contribute to its development. One example of local wisdom aligned with Islamic teachings is the Bugis tribe's pappaseng to riolo (ancestral advice).

Research Objectives: : This study aims to analyze the moral education values embedded in pappaseng to riolo, focusing on its relevance to Islamic teachings.

Methods: This research adopts a library research approach, utilizing content analysis techniques. Data is sourced from the book Traditional Messages (Pappaseng To Riolo) by Nonci, alongside other relevant references.

Conclusions: The findings highlight the importance of local wisdom as a complementary source of Islamic education, particularly in moral education. The value of local wisdom-based moral education contained in pappaseng to riolo lies in its emphasis on moral education to Allah SWT and interpersonal relationships among humans. This underscores the significance of integrating cultural heritage into educational frameworks and calls for further exploration of similar local wisdom traditions.

Keywords: moral education; local wisdom; Bugis tribe; pappaseng to riolo; Islamic education
2024-12-28T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan Islamhttps://ejurnal.iainpare.ac.id/index.php/alislah/article/view/10976THE VALUE OF RELIGIOUS MODERATION EDUCATION IN THE TRADITION OF ROKAT TASE' IN THE VILLAGE2025-03-03T21:29:15+00:00Abdul Holikabdulholik081289@gmail.comMohammad Ali Al Humaidymalhum@iainmadura.ac.idAgik Nur Efendyagiknur@iainmadura.ac.idMaimunmaimun2@iainmadura.ac.idHeni Listianahenilistiana83@gmail.comhamdanihamdani@iainmadura.ac.idSyaiful Aminchyfulmadinah@gmail.com
Background: The Rokat Tase' tradition is a ritual of gratitude and prayers for safety by the people of Tlontoh Rajeh Village, expressing gratitude for the abundant sea harvest. The purpose of writing this article is to examine the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) policy in higher education and its development based on the Twin-Tower paradigm. The author uses the library research method to answer the problem formulation that has been formulated. The data analysis technique includes three steps, namely data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this paper show that the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Ampel Surabaya applies the Twin Tower paradigm in the development of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), which emphasizes integration between religious knowledge and general knowledge. This paradigm aims to create graduates who not only have a deep understanding of religious knowledge, but also competence in the fields of science and technology. The Islamic religious education curriculum at UIN Sunan Ampel was developed in accordance with the guidelines set by the government with an integrative multidisciplinary approach based on the twin tower concept. The strategy implemented by the PAI study program includes integrating the religious science curriculum with modern technology. Through a multidisciplinary approach, the curriculum is designed to meet the needs of society and answer the challenges of the times, with the aim of producing a generation of ulul albab who have intellectual, spiritual intelligence and good character.
2024-12-30T12:24:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Al-Ishlah: Jurnal Pendidikan Islamhttps://ejurnal.iainpare.ac.id/index.php/alislah/article/view/10680Implementation of Child-Friendly School in the Perspective of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary Schools in North Kalimantan2025-03-03T21:29:16+00:00Muhammad Arbainm.asnawi.arbain@gmail.comYeisi Gusniatiyeisigusniati@ut.ac.idBadrut Tamambadruttamam@gmail.comNurul Fadilahnurulfadilah@borneo.ac.idSyaifulsyaiful@student.adelaide.edu.au

Background : Cases of physical and non-physical violence against children in schools are increasing, violating legal, social, cultural, and religious norms.
