Abstrak

The non-cash food assistance program has become one of the important steps taken by the Indonesian government to improve the welfare of underprivileged communities. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods to describe events and phenomena that occur in the field. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that the implementation of the non-cash food assistance program in the Watang Bacukiki sub-district in Parepare has brought positive changes to the local community. This program has succeeded in increasing underprivileged communities' access to quality food. The implementation of this program in the Watang Bacukiki sub-district has had a significant impact in improving the welfare of the local community.
