Abstract
The Coey Creative House program in Dramaga Subdistrict is an inclusive social investment model aimed at empowering marginalized communities through entrepreneurship training and creative product development. This study aims to evaluate the program’s effectiveness in improving residents' economic capacity. A qualitative method was employed through observation and in-depth interviews. The results show that the program successfully enhanced participants’ skills, social networks, and economic motivation. The study concludes that Coey Creative House represents a community-based empowerment practice that makes a tangible contribution to inclusive social development in the post-pandemic period.
