THE ROLE OF BRICK ENTREPRENEURS IN ISLAMIC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES IN PALETEANG DISTRICT, PINRANG REGENCY

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of brick entrepreneurs in activities Islamic community development. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of brick entrepreneurs in Islamic community development activities in the District Paleteang, Pinrang Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research. Subjects in this study namely brick businessmen in Paleteang District, Pinrang Regency. Technique data collection is done through observation, interviews and documentation. Equipped with data analysis techniques using data reduction, and presentation data. Islamic community in Paleteang District, namely Mosque Renovation, Isra Miraj, Maulid Prophet and recitation, the two roles of brick entrepreneurs in development activities the Islamic community, namely as donors, the three forms of concern for stone entrepreneurs bricks in Islamic community development activities, namely donating as stones brick, sand, cement, and as money.
