Abstract

Public health is an important aspect that must be considered by local governments. One way to implement community health service programs is by utilizing village funds. Using a qualitative approach, this research was carried out through observation, interview, and documentation methods for five village government officials and three communities from Bojo I village.


The results showed that the implementation of the public health program went through three stages, namely the preparation, assessment and formulation stages, as well as the implementation stage. The village funds used for health service programs amounted to Rp 104,100,000,00. The effectiveness of the implementation of public health programs with the use of village funds is assessed from five indicators, namely the program is successfully implemented, the program target reaches 80%, the community is satisfied, the use of village funds is proportional to the better public health, and the achievement of all program goals
