The quality of education in elementary schools, particularly SDIT Aziziyyah, is often disrupted by inefficient data management and administrative decision-making, which impacts the teaching and learning process and the integration of the Islamic curriculum. This study aims to analyze the role of the education management information system (SIM Pendidikan) in improving the quality of education at SDIT Aziziyyah, in terms of operational efficiency and the quality of educational output. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach at SDIT Aziziyyah, Pekanbaru. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation of sources for validity. The results showed that the Education SIM played a significant role in improving education quality through the automation of administrative processes, real-time monitoring of student achievement, and transparency for parents, which contributed to increased teacher satisfaction and national education quality scores. These findings confirm that the implementation of an integrated Education SIM can be a strategic solution to overcome management fragmentation in integrated Islamic elementary schools, with recommendations for cloud-based adaptation for sustainability.
