Author Guidelines
Author Guidelines JURNAL SULTAN: Riset Hukum Tata Negara is a guide that has been used since this journal was published, namely in 2022. This journal is a scientific journal in the field of constitutional law published by the Constitutional Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Law, Parepare State Islamic Institute. Published constitutional law articles are only articles that follow the Writing Guidelines for authors prescribed by the JURNAL SULTAN. All articles submitted by the author and published in this journal go through a double-blind peer review process in a structured manner and according to the proper procedure.
The purpose of this journal is as a means for students, academics, researchers, and practitioners to publish original research articles or review articles. The scope published in this journal discusses various topics of constitutional law, including:
- State Administrative Law;
- Constitutional Law;
- Local Government Law;
- Village Government Law;
- State Financial Law;
- Election Law;
- Environmental Law;
- Labor Law; and
- State Law.
Review Policy. All articles submitted to JURNAL SULTAN: Riset Hukum Tata Negara through a review process, namely the Editorial Team and the Reviewers team, both internal reviewers and external reviewers who understand the substance and are by the scientific competence of the submitted article. After going through the review process, the editor will confirm to the author related to the acceptance, rejection, or revision of the article for publication.
Publication Policy. Publication of JURNAL SULTAN: Riset Hukum Tata Negara based on open access journal which is a publication policy so that research results and thoughts can be accessed openly in the context of disseminating science and can also be a consideration for the government in the framework of legal policies in the field of constitutional law for the benefit of society.
Article Format Terms. Articles submitted for publication include at least 4000 (four thousand) words and a maximum of 6000 (six thousand) words excluding footnotes and references. The font used in the JURNAL SULTAN writing guide is the Calibri Light font, spacing 1. 11 pt.
The format of the article consists of:
- Title (in Indonesian and English)
- Abstract (in English and Indonesian)
- Introduction
- Method
- Results of Research and Discussion
- Acknowledgments of Thanks (optional)
- Reference
