Author Guidelines

1. Registration and Submission

  • All corresponding and submitting authors must register to the journal’s system before submitting a manuscript.

  • Submission is only accepted through the online system. Authors must log in with their account.

2. Manuscript Preparation

Title

  • Maximum 15 words, concise, and informative.

  • Written in Calibri Light, Bold, 16 pt, not in all caps.

Author’s Name and Affiliation

  • Write full names without academic titles.

  • Format: First Author¹, Second Author², Third Author³.

  • Affiliation is written below the names (Faculty, University, Country).

  • Corresponding author’s email marked with an asterisk (*).

  • Add phone number for corresponding author.

Abstract

  • Written in Calibri Light, 10 pt, 200–300 words.

  • Structured abstract: (1) Background, (2) Research Objectives, (3) Methods, (4) Results, (5) Conclusions.

  • No references, tables, or figures in the abstract.

Keywords

  • Provide 3–5 keywords, lowercase, separated by semicolons (;).

  • Keywords should reflect core concepts, not overly general terms.

3. Manuscript Structure

  1. Introduction

    • Explain background, rationale, social/academic context, and novelty.

    • State the research problem, objectives, and hypotheses.

    • Include a brief review of relevant, recent literature.

  2. Literature Review

    • Present related studies, highlight gaps, and show contribution.

  3. Methods

    • Clearly describe research design, data collection, participants/sample, instruments, and data analysis.

  4. Results

    • Present findings supported by data, tables, or figures.

    • Tables: use open model (no vertical lines).

    • Figures: clear resolution (min. 300 DPI), centered.

  5. Discussion

    • Integrate findings with existing literature.

    • Explain consistencies/contradictions with prior studies.

    • Highlight implications, contributions, and limitations.

  6. Conclusion

    • Summarize major findings in line with objectives.

    • Suggest recommendations or further research directions.

4. References

  • Follow APA 7th edition style strictly.

  • Minimum 20 references, with at least 70% from primary sources (journal articles, proceedings, reports) within the last 10 years.

  • Use reference managers (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote).

  • Ensure every in-text citation appears in the reference list.

5. Figures and Tables

  • Figures must be inserted near their first citation.

  • Tables and figures must be numbered consecutively and titled clearly.

  • Ensure readability and proper format as per template.

6. Writing Style

  • Manuscript length: 5,000–8,000 words.

  • Font: Calibri Light, 12 pt, 1.5 spacing.

  • Use italics for non-English words.

  • Avoid excessive formatting.

7. Publication Ethics

  • Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism (max. 20% similarity).

  • Authors are responsible for ensuring ethical standards in research.
