Duties of Editors

Publication Decisions
Editors are responsible for deciding which submitted manuscripts should be published based on academic merit originality relevance to the journal’s focus and scope and reviewer recommendations. Editors may consult other editors or reviewers in making publication decisions.

Fair Play
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on intellectual content without discrimination based on race gender sexual orientation religious belief ethnic origin citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.

Confidentiality
Editors and editorial staff must not disclose any information about submitted manuscripts to anyone other than the corresponding author reviewers potential reviewers editorial advisers or the publisher.
