SIGHAT: JURNAL HUKUM EKONOMI SYARIAH focuses on the publication of scientific articles related to the study of Islamic economic law and Economic and Business Law, both in terms of theory, practice, and policy. This journal aims to facilitate the development of Islamic economic science and practice by integrating legal, economic, and sharia aspects to support the creation of a fair and balanced economic system in accordance with Islamic principles.

Scope

  1. Sharia Economic Law: Legal analysis related to economic activities in accordance with Islamic law, such as Islamic contracts, Islamic consumer protection, and dispute resolution in Islamic economics.
  2. Sharia Economic Practice and Policy: Discussion of the application of Islamic economic law in financial and non-financial institutions.
  3. Public Policy and Regulation of Islamic Economics: Study of regulations and public policies related to the regulation and development of Islamic economics, both at the national and international levels.
  4. Comparison of Islamic and Conventional Economic Law: Research that compares Islamic economic law with conventional economic law from the aspects of substance, application, and effectiveness.
  5. Sustainability and Islamic Business Ethics: Research on the application of Islamic business ethics and sustainability in sharia business practices, as well as its impact on the economic development of the ummah.
  6. People's Economic Empowerment: Studies on policies and strategies for sharia-based community economic empowerment, including sharia MSME empowerment, women's empowerment in the sharia economy, and sharia economic inclusion.
