Author Guidelines

1. General Requirements

  • Submitted manuscripts should fit the scope and focus of the journal.
  • Manuscripts must be original, not previously published, and not currently submitted for publication in other journals.
  • All manuscripts must be written in good and correct Indonesian language and in accordance with standardized writing guidelines.
  • Submitted articles must be accompanied by a Statement of Originality of Work and are not in the process of being published in other journals.

2. Writing Format

  • Paper Size: A4 (210 x 297 mm).
  • Margins: Normal
  • Font Type: Times New Roman.
  • Font Size: 12 pt, except in footnotes using 10 pt.
  • Spacing: 1.15 spacing, except for abstracts, direct quotes, tables, and bibliographies using single spacing.
  • Page Numbering: At the bottom center of each page.
  • Article Length: Between 6,000 to 8,000 words (including abstract, references, tables, and figures).

3. Title Writing

  • The title should reflect the content of the article accurately, briefly, and clearly.
  • Written in Indonesian language.
  • Use capital letters at the beginning of each word (except conjunctions).
  • The title of the article is written in 16 pt font size, bold, center alignment.

4. Abstract Writing

  • Abstract is written in Indonesian and English.
  • The length of the abstract is no more than 250 words.
  • The abstract is written using 11 pt font size, single spaced.
  • The abstract must contain the research objectives, methods used, main results, and conclusions.

5. Keywords

  • Keywords are included below the abstract in Indonesian and English.
  • Use 3-5 keywords that are relevant to the research topic.
  • Separated by commas (,).

6. Article Writing Structure

Introduction:

  • Describes the background of the problem, research objectives, and significance of the study.
  • Presents a review of relevant literature.
  • May include problem statements or research questions.

Research Methods:

  • Explains the research approach, data collection methods, data analysis, and research procedures.
  • Written concisely but clearly to enable replication by other researchers.

Research Findings and Discussion:

  • Findings are presented systematically and may include tables, charts, or images to clarify the results.
  • The discussion elaborates on the implications of the research findings, connects them to previous literature, and highlights contributions to science and practice.

Conclusion:

  • Conclusions are written briefly, concisely, and clearly.
  • Includes key points from the research findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Should not repeat content from the discussion section.

References:

  • References use the footnote system and a bibliography at the end of the article.
  • Footnotes follow the Chicago Style 17th Edition format.
  • Examples of footnote citations:
    • Book: Author’s Name, Book Title (City: Publisher, Year), page number.
    • Journal Article: Author’s Name, "Article Title," Journal Name Volume (Year): page number.
  • The bibliography is arranged alphabetically by the author's last name.

7. Use of Footnotes

  • Footnotes are used to provide additional explanations, direct quotations, or references within the text.
  • Footnotes should be formatted in Times New Roman, size 10 pt, single-spaced.
  • Footnotes are placed at the bottom of the page, corresponding to the citation position in the text.
  • Examples of footnote citations:
    • Book: Author, Book Title (City: Publisher, Year), page.
    • Journal Article: Author, "Article Title," Journal Name Volume (Year): page.

8. Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures must be titled and numbered sequentially.
  • Table titles are placed above the table, while figure titles are placed below the figure.
  • Tables and figures must include sources if taken from other references.
