Abstract

The Atiqa Syariah Hotel's sanitation and hygiene program has been analyzed in this article. This occurs to stop disease or prevent the spread of infection that can be brought on by a variety of things, including people, contaminated indoor air, workspaces, equipment, and food storage systems. In addition, its importance in maintaining sanitation and hygiene serves to prevent complaints from happening. can harm the hotel's reputation among visitors and result in significant financial losses. Qualitative research is the method employed to describe the circumstances of the Syariah Atiqa Pinrang Hotel. A variety of primary and secondary data sources were gathered by reading sources, documentation studies, interviews, and observation. The study's findings indicate that the Syariah Atiqa Pinrang Hotel starts with hygienic management. It starts with hygiene of the body, clothing, and nourishment. This serves to avoid dirt, bacteria, and germs that may contaminate the food given to hotel guests. Hygiene management can be justified using Sharia principles, namely the concepts of cleanliness and faith. Sanitation management at the Atiqa Pinrang Syariah Hotel operates by maintaining and cleaning the environment, beginning with the hotel yard, living room, rooms, and hotel-prepared facilities. Sanitation is required to keep all visitors safe from physical health issues. Sanitation management is based on Islamic teachings, specifically environmental cleanliness and health.
