Binanga Karaeng Tourism has the potential to be developed into a Sharia tourism destination in Pinrang Regency. With a variety of objects and natural beauty that it has and a large area that is the attraction of the tourist itself. This study discusses the Governance of Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village as a Sharia tourism destination. The purpose of this study is to determine the tourism potential, governance and analysis of sharia tourism in Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village in Lembang reviewed from a Sharia Perspective. The type of research used is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques are in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study is the Potential and Governance of Tourism Villages. The results of this study indicate that Binanga Karaeng tourism regarding its potential, this beach has potential starting from nature/marine such as the standing of coconut trees in each tour and man-made such as the availability of gazebos and cafes, the potential of the tourism village in Binanga Karaeng in Lembang can be said to have the potential as sharia tourism because in terms of infrastructure such as the availability of prayer rooms at several tourist points, surrounding sellers and services using hijab and providing halal drinks. Meanwhile, for the governance in the Binanga Karaeng Tourism Village, namely (1). The form of related participation is government involvement and community involvement, (2). Involvement of all stakeholders, the role of stakeholders is needed to optimize the implementation of tourism development, one of the stakeholders involved in tourism development is the government, private sector and community, (3). Local ownership partnership, partnerships carried out by the local government such as entrusting tourism support equipment to several business actors and businesses to be rented to tourists, (4). Sustainable utilization of resources, including the utilization of human resources, natural resources, cultural resources, (5). Accommodating the aspirations of local communities, local communities are given space to do business in their own areas so that it is very profitable for those who sell food and drinks, then create attractions such as banana boots for visitors who come to visit, (6).
