Author Guidelines

Language and Format
Manuscripts must be written in standard Indonesian or English. The manuscript length should be between 7 to 25 pages, using A4 paper size, with the following margins: top 3 cm; left 0.98"; right 0.98"; bottom 0.98". The text must be justified, 1.15 line spacing, and typed in Times New Roman font.

Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized into five main sections: Introduction, Research Method, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
The title must be concise and accurately reflect the content of the manuscript.
The author’s full name(s) should be listed, followed by institutional affiliation and email address.

Abstract and Keywords
The abstract must be written in both Indonesian and English, serving as a summary of the manuscript. Each version should not exceed 200 words and must be written in a narrative style, including the objective, method, and key findings.
Keywords: Include important, specific terms or phrases that represent the article.

Citation Style
The manuscript must use the APA (6th edition) citation and referencing style consistently throughout the text and reference list.

References
Sources cited should primarily consist of journal and non-journal literature published within the last 10 years.

Template and Submission Format
All manuscripts must adhere to the Journal of Mathematics Learning Innovation (JMLI) template.
Manuscripts must be submitted in .doc format through the online submission system. Authors must register for an account on the Open Journal System (OJS) [click REGISTER if you do not have an account; or click LOG IN if you already have one].

Author Details
All author names and affiliations must be entered completely in the submission form, including email addresses and a brief biography for each author (in the 'Bio Statement' field).

Correspondence
All communications, including manuscript decisions, will be sent via the email address provided in the manuscript and/or used for submission. The submission status can be monitored by logging into the journal’s OJS system.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must ensure their submission complies with the following items. Submissions not adhering to these guidelines may be returned to the authors:

The manuscript has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration by another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document format.
URLs for references have been provided where available.
The text is 1.15 spaced, uses a 12-point Times New Roman font, and avoids underlining (except for URLs). All illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
The manuscript adheres to the style and bibliography requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, available under About the Journal.
If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

Copyright Notice

By submitting a manuscript to JMLI, authors acknowledge that upon acceptance for publication, the copyright of the article will be transferred to the Mathematics Education Department, IAIN Parepare as the journal publisher.
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to complete the ‘Copyright Transfer Agreement’ (CTA). A confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author, along with the online version of the agreement.

JMLI and the Department of Mathematics Education at IAIN Parepare, in collaboration with the Sao Journal Team of IAIN Parepare, strive to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the published content. However, the views, data, and statements expressed in published articles and advertisements are the sole responsibility of the respective authors and advertisers.

The copyright form must be signed electronically and submitted to the editorial team via email at [email protected].

Although copyright is transferred to JMLI, authors are permitted to deposit their articles in institutional or other repositories of their choice at any time.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
